The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order.  If placed before 12 PM, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail's Next Day, Tracked Delivery.  Your item shall be received 1-2 days  (excludes delivery on Sundays and bank holidays).  Orders received just after 12 PM are sometimes processed the same day.

In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction guarantee or your money back. All returns are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the item.
 

At UNIQUE ACCESSORIES Watch shop we believe that for you to have the best shopping experience there should not be a time limit to return your item.  So for whatever the reason you're not happy with your purchase, contact sales@watchshop-alex.co.uk with your order number and we shall start processing the refund immediately. All you have to do is print off your order confirmation/invoice and attach it to the return.

There are no catches or special rules. To qualify for this, the returned item(s) must be unworn AND in the same condition in which they were received (*applies only to UK deliveries). It must must also contain the original box, tags, certificates and all extras. You have upto 60 days from when you purchased the item to claim a full refund!
We do not offer refunds for gift wrapping since we're unable to return this to stock.

We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to a maximum of 3 working days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but delays can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
 
Damaged/Faulty Items

If the item is received faulty or damaged, please return it within 4 weeks (we pay for the postage) and we can process an immediate replacement/refund.


You should return your item using Recorded Delivery or a similar recorded service. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number.
 
Your card is refunded the full price of the returned product. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee. 
 
2 -Years Warranty 

We are proud to offer a 2-year warranty with every timepiece sold by UNIQUE ACCESSORIES Watch shop

Please note this covers only mechanical and manufacturing defects.

 

The parts that are covered by the warranty are:

 

  • Movement (internal mechanism)
  • Dial
  • Hands

 

The parts, which are NOT covered by the warranty, are:

 

  • The Strap, Bracelet or Crown
  • Crystals in the watch and bezel
  • Glass scratches or damages
  • Water damage unless marked water resistant
  • Worn out battery
  • Damage from lack of care, wear and tear and accidents

 

The warranty will be void if the watch is damaged by persons other than those authorised by UNIQUE ACCESSORIES Watch shop

Under our warranty terms, the item shall be repaired for free (or replaced if we are unable to repair the item), if proven to be defective. If your watch is no longer available, UNIQUE ACCESSORIES Watch shop shall offer a timepiece of similar value.

For all warranty claims simply contact us at sales@watchshop-alex.co.uk and attach your original invoice. Postage costs to send the item are paid by the customer, UNIQUE ACCESSORIES Watch shop shall cover all return postage costs.




Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange your item, simply return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
